Good sleep. The key to a fitter and healthier you is a good sleep for 8 to 10 hours.
Take up a sports activity. No matter how rigorous or easy it is, playing a sport always helps your body and brain to feel active and energised.
Practise yoga. There is no better start to a day, week, month or year than doing yoga. It not just makes you fitter but also makes you happier by clensing your mind and soul.

Start eating whole foods. If you want 2019 to be healthy for you then stop eating junk and start eating more and more whole and organic foods.
Get your health check up done. This is certainly quite important and is a resolution that you must make and follow on regular intervals.
Eat dinner on time. We have always heard that you must eat dinner 2 hours prior to your bedtime and now it’s time to implement it.
Quit drinking and smoking. If you are doing everything mentioned in the list then this is one thing that you must do. Try to quit smoking and drinking and opt for healthier options.
