How to:

Cut a large chicken breast down the middle and add in half an avocado and 50 grams of feta. Wrap this in two slices of Parma ham and cook in the oven for 20-25 minutes. Serve with a big handful of baby watercress and dress with lemon, olive oil and vinegar.
Dinner: Crusted cod

Almond crusted Cod with tender stem broccoli and full fat cream cheese.

How to:

Mix 1/3 cup of blanched almond flour, turmeric, dried garlic and pepper together in a bowl. In another bowl crack an egg and whisk together. Dip the cod into the eggy mixture then coat with flour mixture. Bake for 15-20 minutes. Cook a large bunch of tender stem broccoli and serve with a tbsp of organic cream cheese. Salt and pepper to taste.

What to eat on a rest day
Breakfast: Egg-stra protein packed breakkie

Poached duck egg with crispy bacon, wilted spinach and toasted almonds.

How to:

Melt half a tsp of coconut butter in a pan. Add in 2 rashers of organic bacon and cook until crisp. In a 3 Tier Stainless Steel Steamer poach one duck egg to your preference in the bottom while 250g of organic spinach leaves steam above. Remove to a plate. Quickly toast a handful of sliced almonds in a little coconut butter and sprinkle on top. Season with sea salt and pepper to taste.
Lunch: SBC Steak and chips

Steak, sauerkraut & sweet potato sticks.

How to:

Finely cut a large sweet potato into sticks and spread on a baking tray. Next, cover in extra virgin oil / coconut oil before rubbing in a mix of cayenne pepper and cumin. Bake for approx 30 minutes in the oven. While this is happening fry 100g grass fed steak in a tsp of coconut butter. Remove from the pan, grab the potato from the oven and serve with raw sauerkraut. Add mustard if you so wish.
Dinner: Go Wild Salmon

Garlic wild salmon, avocado and homemade coleslaw.

How to:

Roast a salmon filet with garlic, pepper, turmeric and some pink salt with some coconut butter. Shred carrots and white cabbage, mix with lemon, yogurt and white wine vinegar, adjust to taste accordingly. Then chop half an avocado and serve.
