Pre Workout Protein Shake Recipe

This is the perfect pre workout shake to get you pumped for your workout! Whilst I don’t personally consume protein powder, if YOU need an extra source of protein then this shake is for you! Full of delicious flavours you will love it.
Pre-workout
Ingredients:
250ml low-fat milk
2 tsp peanut butter
30g rolled oats
1 banana
¼ cup blueberries
½ tbsp cacao powder
1 scoop of protein powder

Method:

1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until well combined.

2. Pour into a glass or shaker and enjoy!
